eFARM Academy Planning and Workshop

In celebration of the successful program launching held last February 10-11, the project team undertook a more detailed plan on the direction of the project through a planning and workshop activity held at Pundaquit, San Antonio, Zambales last March 3 and 4, 2022.

The activity started with the presentation of updates on accomplishments of each project led by the project leaders. Further, the team devised ideas and proposed solutions to address current challenges of respective project teams. Also, next set of target activities and strategies were delivered and discussed in order to improve project delivery and efficiency.

Later the day, the game masters supervised by our program leader, Dr. Gella Abella, took time to come up with activities to help strengthen camaraderie among the project team. Meanwhile, PRMSU through Dr. Felipa Rico as head of the STETC-Coastal Zambales Project visited for a collaborative meeting.

The two-day planning workshop was concluded with an island hopping activity as a little breather before a more active days ahead the project.
