eFARM KITCHEN features Aromatic Rice and Hybrid Rice

On June 22, 2022, eFARM KITCHEN conducted their video shoot showcasing food processing and culinary applications of aromatic rice and hybrid rice seed production. Moreover, the episode will be more special as FLAS (Foreign Language and Area Studies) students from the University of Michigan and Northern Illinois University joined the shoot.

This episode includes hybrid rice-inspired gluten-free pasta by Dr. Judith Antonino and batil patong by Chefs Celeste Dela Cruz and Christian Manuel; and aromatic rice-inspired bottled rice milk by Asst. Prof. Venus Lagmay and bringhe by Chef Jenny Lubrin.
