eFARM Academy, DTI-NE conduct Skills Training on Mushroom Production and Food Processing

On August 30, 2022, the project team, together with DTI-NE, conducted a skills training at Ako ang Saklay Inc., Brgy. Luyos, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija, hosting a total of 35 participants. This activity aimed to capacitate and encourage them to engage in business once they finish their rehabilitation program. With this, a hands-on experiential learning of mushroom processing was organized, featuring culinary applications such as mushroom chips and sweetened mushrooms.
