eFARM KITCHEN Videoshoot for the Technologies of Indoor Vertical Farming System and Organic-based Onion Production

For its second and third episodes, eFARM KITCHEN already conducted video shoots featuring the recipes inspired by the products of Indoor Vertical Farming System (IVFS) and Organic-based Onion Production last January 31, 2022 at the Kitchen Demo Room, DHTM, CLSU.

The videos will showcase different processed food products such as dried tomatoes, tomato sauce, strawberry chutney, and kimchi by Ms. Venus Lagmay and Dr. Judith Antonino. Further, Chefs Celeste D. Dela Cruz, Jennylynne L. Lubrin, and Jomerick F. Domingo transformed these products into culinary applications resulting to Asian Salad, Farmer’s Lasagna, Strawberry Chutney Cheesecake, and Binalot Kimchi Rice with Pork Adobo.
